Last Friday, January 6th 2017, Zack suffered from an unexpected seizure while sitting at the kitchen table with his fiancée Ashley Simon. This prompted a visit to the emergency room the next morning January, 7th 2017. After hours of testing, the emergency room doctors concluded that Zack has two small brain tumors and a cranial cyst.  After what seemed like forever, Zack was finally able to schedule an appointment with a neurosurgeon today.  After examination and review of the MRI by the neurosurgeon, the doctor has recommended an almost immediate brain surgery, which is scheduled to take place on January 18, 2017, to remove the tumors and send them to pathology.  He has been advised not to drive and can’t work because of the possibility of another seizure.  He will have a period of recovery after the surgery, and pending the outcome of the pathology, might have to have further treatment.   Either way, he won’t be able to work for an undetermined period of time.  Due to this series of unforeseen events, we are asking for help to raise money for this wonderful young daddy and his little family. Zack’s fiancée, Ashley, is a full time student and mommy to their two sweet little kiddos.  Zack works very hard and is the sole provider for their family.  Because Zack will be out of work for an indefinite amount of time, his family is struggling with not only the worry of Zack’s health and well being, but also with worrying about how they are going to meet their financial responsibilities. This Gofundme account is simply to help raise money for immediate everyday expenses; rent, utilities, gas and the needs of their sweet little children, Marlee, aged 4, and Declan, aged 8 months.
