Please help Yvette save her home!!

Our dear friend and league referee, Yvette Perry, has been holding something in for awhile now and finally she broke down in tears from all the pain and exhaustion she has been holding on to as she was working our games.

Yvette’s mother passed away a couple years ago and and left her with her home she grew up in.

She owes $60,000 to the bank. If she can’t pay it off, they will take the house from her. She is barely making it and can’t afford to keep the lights on or even feed herself.

Yvette has been working as a referee in our community for over 12 years now! Whether it has been for BHBL or the past few seasons for Sinai Basketball League. She is loved by everyone and is a wonderful person on and off the basketball court. Most of you have been referred by her when you were little and she knows you still to this day! She works 16 hour days every day of the week to survive.

Please, let’s all get together as a community to help her in her darkest moment and help her get on her feet! She is exhausted and needs our help!!
