Please help Yuna and Jones family

Yuna Jones is a 15 years old who lives in Western Sydney. She has a Japanese and Australian background, is a Year 10 high school student who loves anime, manga, food, her cultures, and Japanese things, as well as animals especially cats.

She was always in good health and no previous medical conditions or injuries.

In August of this year, she complained of stomach pains and visited her GP.

She was send to the emergency hospital where she received blood tests, an ultrasound, and a then admitted to Westmead Children's Hospital.

She was found to have stage 3 cancer and advanced ovarian cancer. Her surgeon informed her that she had cancer after her laparotomy. The left ovary was removed due to a 20 centimetre or larger tumour.

According to studies, ovarian cancer among young people of the AYA(Adolescents and Young Adults) group is extremely rare. It appears that her cancer was not inherited and was a tyes of ovarian cancer that could not be cured by chemotherapy.

Her cancer spread immediately, advanced abnormally quickly, and metastasized to her liver and intestines, causing the need for immediate hospitalisation. She has received treatment for intestinal obstruction, undergone numerous operations, including blood tests, PET, CT, ultrasounds, X-rays, and other tests.

She has been treated with anticancer drugs, its side effects can include nausea, vomiting and hair loss. She is currently receiving morphine treatments to manage her cancer pain, and she will soon to be transferred into palliative care.

Yuna has entered the first forward program at Western Sydney University where she has been honoured with academic excellence and awards in high school. In the future, after graduating from a university near Sydney, she aspires to live in Japan, which she loves. At such a young age, her typical life tragically changed in a matter of just months.

ジョーンズ ユナさんは、Year 10の15歳。日本とオーストラリアのバックグラウンドを持つ彼女は、アニメ、漫画、食べ物、文化、日本語の読み書き、会話が得意。日本にまつわる物なら何にでも興味があり、動物や猫が大好きな高校生です。

持病、怪我歴もなく、健康で学校を欠席した事はほぼなく、沢山の友達に恵まれ、充実したハイスクール生活を送っていました。

今年の８月に腹痛でGPを訪れ、そのまますぐにエマージェンシーに行き血液検査、超音波と精密検査を受け、Westmeadの小児病院に入院。

病名は進行性の卵巣がん、判明ステージ3c。

左卵巣摘出、腫瘍は20センチ以上もあり、

AYA世代（思春期・若年成人）の若年層の卵巣癌は非常に珍しい、稀だとの事で大学の研究材料として冷凍保存し、生検されたそうです。

彼女の癌の増殖が非常に活発で、進行が異常に早く、肝臓内に転移、通院治療から再度緊急入院生活になり、さらに腸への転移。抗がん剤、腸閉塞の治療、数回に渡る治療、血液検査、PET、CT、超音波、あらゆる治療にも耐えてきました。

抗がん剤の副作用で、悪心、吐き気、脱毛、血液検査での異常値、手足のしびれなどの症状があり、現在癌の痛みはモルヒネ投与によりコントロールしています。近いうちにホスピスに転院予定です。

ユナさんは、西シドニー大学へのファーストフォワードプログラムに入り、成績優秀、ハイスクールではアカデミックのアワードを表彰されています。将来はシドニー近郊の大学卒業後、大好きな日本に住みたいと熱望しています。

１５歳の今まで普通にあった生活が、このわずか数ヶ月で変わってしまいました…
