My best friend Yezenia just got married on Friday, January 13th to her husband Kareem Mosley. They left on Sunday for their honeymoon on a cruise to the Caribbean. Kareem not feeling well went to the infirmary, where he was shortly diagnosed with heart failure and kidney failure. It is going to cost over 25K to Med-Vac Kareem from Jamaica to the US, but not until Wednesday. In the meantime there is also out of pocket medical costs for the care he is receiving on the ship until he can get to the hospital and get the life saving care he so desperately needs.
