Please help the family with travel/medical bills

Hello! My uncle, Bob Thayer was recently been admitted to the cardiac ICU unit at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester. My aunt and two cousins have had to make the trip from their home in Alaska to stay with be him here, where he will need to be for many months. Bob had a small pump placed in his heart Wednesday to help his heart out a little bit. Unfortunately it wasn’t enough support so they took him to surgery Thursday morningand put him on the Echmo machine AKA a heart/lung machine. This will give his body some time to rest and hopefully recover a little bit. The plan is to complete the work up that he needs to get the LVAD device done. For those that don’t already know, this is a device that takes over for your heart. He is still retaining a lot of fluid, and his liver and kidneys are also failing, however, they’re hopeful that the Echmo machine will clear both of them up as well. The expenses for his family to continue to travel to be with him in Rochester are going to add up very quickly, so if you could please consider donating they would greatly appreciate it.
