Hello. This is Tim’s grandma. Tim is in desperate need of some help. He is unable to work and has just been denied disability. While we are in the appeal process and we are suing Kaiser. He needs a lot of help now. We have been emotionally drained this past month. Medicle bills and taking care of his daughter. We need help. Here is his story.
About one month ago, Tim fell and hurt his shoulder. A few days later, it was still hurting, so we went to the ER in Kaiser, Vacaville. The Doctor took an X-ray, but found no broken bones or dislocations. The doctor said that it was just back spasms and gave me some medical patches for the pain.
A few days later, the pain was much worse, so Tim went back to the ER. Tim told them that there was something wrong with his shoulder, like a torn muscle. We asked for a blood test and a CT Scan. The doctor said no, that it was probably just Gout and sent him home with a Gout prescription.
A few days later, the pain was unbearable, so Tim went back to the ER for a 3rd time. The doctor manhandled him and rudely yelled at him. He said he could get Tim a CT Scan in 3 weeks. He sent him home without a prescription.
The next day the pain was unbearable. Tim spent most of the day crying in severe pain. We did not want to risk going back to the Kaiser, Vacaville, so we made our own decision to go to the Kaiser Vallejo ER. Tim was screaming in pain through this entire ordeal.
A couple hours later, they discovered that Tim actually had Sepsis after all and was in Septic shock. They called me in the early morning to quickly come down and say our “good-byes”, because Tim was not expected to survive the night. By the time that they drove from Dixon to Vallejo, Tim had died, but the doctors were able to bring me back and I was improving enough to survive the night.

Tim was in a coma for five (5) days, the medicine that they gave him caused him to lose the use of my left hand. Over the next five (5) weeks, Tim had had a total of nine (9) surgeries, three weeks in the ICU and one week in the general ward. During this time,

Tim Was not able to see his daughter for almost a month and it broke his heart. His daughter spent many nights crying for her daddy.
