PLEASE HELP with Theresa Bertone's Funeral Costs
Donation protected
Our beloved Theresa Bertone “Tree Top” sadly passed away suddenly on December 7th after a courageous battle with Alzheimer’s at the tender age of 61. She fought hard until the end and passed away surrounded by her family, while they held her hand and told her how much they loved her.
Theresa was an amazing mother, sister, grandmother, and friend who touched the lives of those around her and brought joy to the people lucky enough to walk in her light. For the last adventure of her life, Theresa moved to the Cape and lived in both Provincetown and Wellfleet. Working as a hostess at Carpe Diem Guesthouse and Spa in Provincetown, MA. Theresa loved setting up elaborate wine and cheese cocktail parties there and could be seen laughing with guests and regaling them with stories of her incredible life.
Theresa leaves behind her children Eddy Lupien, Jr., Anthony Lupien, Cotey Bertone and Oliver Bellucscio, and her cherished grandchildren: Eddy Lupien, III, Max Lupien and Evie Lupien.
As her close friend, I have started a fundraiser to help cover the cost of Theresa’s funeral expenses. The family was not prepared for the high cost of a funeral, and during this sad and difficult time, we are reaching out to family, friends and the community for help. We want to give Theresa the memorial she deserves to honor her memory and say our last goodbyes.
Theresa loved deeply and fiercely all those who were dear to her. She would give her last dollar and her last cigarette or even her meal to anyone in need. Theresa loved both her hometown of Providence, Rhode Island and her adopted home on Cape Cod in Provincetown. She was a truly beloved washashore and was known by all for her infectious laughter, her kind spirit and loving heart and most definitely her skills shooting pool and dancing!
