Please help with the medical cost for surgery

Hello, as some of you know, I had an accident while at my workshop and my fingers decided to want to fight with the table saw. No, but in all seriousness, I was cutting wood on the table saw, and the wood slipped out; my hand went forward with my four fingers (minus the pinky), and they hit the saw blade. Immediately I knew I was in trouble. You know how blood squirts from a nasty cut in a horror movie? That was happening in front of my eyes but with my blood. I started to get dizzy and wanted to pass out, but thankfully, my father was there to help get me focused and stop the bleeding. He drove me to the emergency room, where they took me in, cleaned my hand, and stitched it up. After X-rays and having issues bending my pointer finger, the Drs saw that I had severed nerves and tendons in my finger, so I required surgery. I looked at Monday, July 18th, to see what needed to be done surgically. They decided to leave three fingers to the stitches to heal; the pointer finger, however, needed surgery to fix the nerves and tendons. Friday, I am scheduled to go in for surgery. Unfortunately, I don't have insurance because it's already too expensive. So I'm asking for help to pay my medical fees, including surgery and rehab. Thank you everyone for your love and support!
