On Tuesday April 6th in Temple,TX Franchesca Novick age 27 was fatally wounded in an automobile accident with an 18 wheeler.
The young mother of three beautiful children (one boy age 10yrs and two girls ages 7yrs and 3mos) was happily planning her official wedding to Ben Garza in June. Life suddenly took a tragic turn and now Ben, with his family, is planning a funeral while consoling their babies. He will have to learn how to navigate a new life without Frannie.
For those of you that may not know, Ben and Frannie are the eldest son and daughter-in-law of Lydia Serna. Lydia is the owner of Lilly's Bar & Grill and co-founder of Lockhart Biker Church. Lilly's and Lydia are both deeply rooted in Lockhart, TX and have a long history as staples in the community. Lilly's has always been there for the community, townsfolk and truthfully anyone in need of kindness and a hot meal.
During this difficult time, Lydia's friends and I would like to lift our sister and her beautiful family up with all the love and support they so greatly need. It is well known that expenses toward a proper burial are outrageous. The young family was planning for a simple wedding and raising three young children. They weren't prepared for this kind of life altering event.
If you can, we ask that you please donate toward Franchesca's burial costs and help this family through this tragic loss. Ben is now a single dad of three who needs to focus solely on his children and the new obstacles they face. He will need all the support we can give.
