Unfortunately we have reached our last days with my beautiful grandmother Teresa, NANNY she recently had a condition were a blood clot traveled from her heart up into her brain and she also had several strokes while in the hospital.we have chosen to bring her home to be able to go in peace and to be around her loved ones my grandmother has helped so many people threw her life and never left no one behind . Unfortunately we are in a time that now we must ask for help to be able to lay her to rest comfortably
