My soulmate passed away on Sunday, April 13, 2025 after a very brief illness.

He was rebuilding his legacy after too many years in the grip of addiction.

He had less than 60 days left of parole left from a 20 year incarceration.

He was living the good life, (the boring day to day life), that everyone lives. He had been sober for over 16 years.

Shawn loved each of his six children. He had been building strong relationships with each before his passing. He also deeply loved his six grandchildren. He would take them for a day or an entire spring break. He just wanted them in our home.

Unfortunately, Shawn passed without insurance or much savings.
