Please Help With Scout's Eye Surgery

Hi friends! My name is Alyssa and I am the lucky woman that has been blessed to be called Scout's mom! For those of you who haven't had the chance to meet and fall in love with Scout, he is a 3 year old Dogo Argentino who is spoiled ROTTEN by myself and my two daughters.

We just found out this week that Scout has pretty severe cataracts in both of his eyes, clouding the majority of his vision. This is not a common trait for the breed, thus the shock of finding out he isn't just a big sweet clumsy oaf, he can actually hardly see! We have him on drops to hopefully prevent his condition from worsening, however if left untreated, he will go completely blind. I have debating creating a Go Fund Me page for Scout (I am not one to ever ask for help!), however I will go to the ends of the earth to help my kids (the furry ones included)! Long single-mom sob story short: I had to unexpectedly replace my air conditioning unit last week on top of several other unforeseen expenses recently. I simply cannot afford to pay for the surgery that Scout desperately needs at this time.
