PLEASE HELP WITH RV REGISTRATION

Many of you know that I have raised money to help homeless individuals pay their vehicle registrations, well I have been so busy helping individuals that mine is overdue and I went to the DMV to check how much it would cost, unfortunately now that the police have targeted my RV I have several stupid tickets that were completely unwarranted and my registration cost more than I can pay. If you can help I would be extremely grateful. The city has already taken away my parking on Olive Street, and I wouldn't even be able to get into the highly restrictive AFC parking program while my vehicle registration is overdue. I'm not sure they would let me in anyways, or that I want to use that program but I am more of a Target on the streets no matter what if my vehicle registration is overdue because in Santa Cruz that's the tactic they use to tow your home away.
