Please help with problem jaw growth & breathing

Hi, my name is Manda and I'm Mum to twin girls Bea & Gigi.

These Girls are great normal 5 year old kids. However they both have jaw growth problems and are struggling with breathing at night. Their problem is actually common amongst kids their age today but without proper treatment it leads to brain development problems, anxiety and bed wetting into adulthood, ADHD type symptoms, ongoing snoring and sleep difficulties, night terrors and destroying their teeth through grinding. They grind their teeth to be able to breathe. It would also mean many dental and orthodontic problems for them in the future.

I have found someone who can help them over the next 12 months with a course of treatments starting with a series of digitally tailored specialised mouth guards. They will also be working with an ENT and may need some surgery as well.

They've had extensive, expensive testing - Cone Beam CT scans of their heads and shoulders and it clearly shows how bad their breathing is and how much they are struggling. We've also done sleep studies and dental digital imagery. All of this is expensive too.

The funds will be used to pay for some of the testing and to pay for their treatment over the next 12 months which should successfully help them to breathe easily, help their jaws to grow properly and prevent future suffering.

If we can't afford this treatment they will continue to struggle to breathe, will find it hard to think and focus due to lack of oxygen to the brain. Their faces will grow longer, their adult teeth will come in crammed and with lots of pain and problems.

The good news is if we can afford this treatment all of these things will be resolved and they will thrive and grow like other kids their age. They will go on to have wonderful futures and be happy and healthy.
