Hello, this is Erica, Nancy, Alma and Adilene. We are the daughters of Laura Requena. Unfortunately, we unexpectedly lost our beloved mother. On Sunday December 3rd, she was found unresponsive and was rushed to the hospital. There the doctors performed multiple test and were able to determine that she had suffered a heart attacked that led to multiple organ failure. The doctors attempted finding a solution with multiple procedures but due to her hearts poor condition, their attempts where unsuccessful. After battling for 7 days at the hospital she succumbed to her illnesses.

Those who knew her know she was a beloved mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She was a single mom who raised her daughters on her own. Life wasn't always easy but at the end of the day she prevailed against all the odds. Family was her everything!

Due to it being unexpected the expenses are far out of our bonds. If you are able, we are asking for donations to help cover the funeral expenses. Any amount will be highly appreciated.
