Please help with Mocha's vet and cremation bills

Hello there,
Our names are Courtny and Alyson Dizon and our beloved family dog, Mocha is currently being hospitalized for Diabetes, but may possibly be diagnosed with two other diseases, Cushing Disease and/or Pancreatitis as well.
Our Mocha is a Shih Tzu/Maltese mix, is currently 10 years old, and is the sweetest and dorkiest dog we know (all of our friends and loved ones can agree!) The second you walk into the room, she will run up to you excitedly and will bark, begging for pets and stomach rubs. She loves to cuddle, and will nap with you all day if she could. She loves treats and is the type of dog to bring them to a separate room or her bed to enjoy it (it is always adorable and funny to watch.) We also cannot forget that she is an absolutely begging fiend for food and will guilt-trip anyone who falters- the puppy eyes she gives are unfair!
Unfortunately, last Friday (5/19/23), we brought Mocha to an animal hospital as she has not been acting like herself: she has been lethargic and has been wanting to just lay down all day, and would have trouble eating would drink water excessively. The emergency sign was when we discovered that she had blood in her poop.
That visit, blood tests were done and her levels did not look well. Our vet said that her sugar and foreign body level count was very high, and that she would have to be hospitalized the following Monday for an estimated 7 days in order to perform a glucose monitoring curve (there was not anyone available to perform the curve until Monday) and to receive IV fluids.
This was also to determine if she were to be officially diagnosed with Diabetes, as at this time our vet wanted to make sure.
It is also possible that she could have Pancreatitis and/or Cushing’s Disease.
The following Monday (5/22/23), she was hospitalized and she was officially diagnosed with diabetes. We also received insulin as well. The vet was unsure to diagnose Pancreatitis and Cushing’s Disease however, and says that additional blood tests would have to be performed. Fortunately, the vet let us take home Mocha for the day instead of having her originally be hospitalized for a full 7 days.
However, early this morning (5/23/23) Mocha was immediately brought to a different, specialized emergency animal hospital, as she had black diarrhea in the early morning and no hospital was currently open. She is currently being hospitalized as of now, and we are currently waiting for updates.
The financial costs of her veterinary bills are high- the initial visit bill to the first animal hospital was totaled $319.00. The second visit bill was totaled $754.00.
As for the estimation for the current visit at the emergency animal hospital, the current estimation is a bill of $11,086.30 - $12,194.93.
We have uploaded pictures of a few of the veterinary bills below. We will also upload a few pictures of Mocha’s bloodtest results. (We apologize for any reduction in quality and cropping of the pictures. GoFundMe severely crops the photos so we can only show a part of the picture)
We have been able to put in a $5,090.07 deposit for now but still anticipate a lot more costs.
We are heartbroken for what has happened to Mocha. She has always been generally healthy, and we are just so devastated.
Mocha means the world to us, and we love her so very much. We would appreciate any help, whether it’s financially of any amount or just sharing this GoFundMe.
We are so very grateful for any donation anyone would like to share. We guarantee you that every penny will go towards Mocha’s veterinary bills, and we are positive that Mocha would appreciate it as well.
(Mocha would love to lick and cuddle with each and everyone one of you if she could.)
Thank you so much for reading and your time.
