Please help with mobility, can't walk as good as i used to

hello, my name is Dale and I'm a disabled pensioner without N.D.I.S. cause my disability is mental health and obesity. I don't have a car so I have to walk to shops and bus stops that's why I'm asking for help if I could get an electric scooter, it would improve my mobility and social activities any help would be greatly appreciated and thank you for your consideration.
