Hi everyone,
Our 10 year old Pomeranian/Maltese, Micky, is very ill and is in need of urgent surgery for Perineal hernia.
He is currently under intensive care at the animal hospital and is being closely monitored as he is still very weak, and not yet well enough to undertake the surgery.
The vet has informed us that with this surgery, Micky will have a 75% chance of survival, but the estimated total cost for his emergency care and surgery will cost about $7-10k. We want to give Micky a fighting chance to live and come home with us. We are hoping that through this gofundme, we can raise a bit to fund towards his surgery.
Micky is very dear to me. He was gifted to me when he was only 5weeks old and has been with me since I was 18. He has always been so energetic and full of life, it's so heartbreaking to see him like this.
