Paul Perez was a great, funny, loving person. He had a heart of gold. Everywhere he went he lit up the room with laughter and comfort. He is truly loved by friends, family, and most of all his beloved daughter. Paul spent his last week with us up in Alabama helping people in the aftermath of this hurricane that just passed recently on September 16th, 2020. That is how loving and passionate he was about always being there to give a helping hand.
Paul, our best friend (BFF) to many of us, Sherry's love of her life, best dad to his kids, and a loving angel that has just passed away in his sleep this past Monday, Sept 28th in his hospital room. We are all devasted to hear the news! We just can't believe how tragic this is. One day he was laughing, joking, and making us laugh and now we are all in tears trying to cope with why he has left us forever. For the ones that did not know him, we wished you did, and for the ones that did this news just left us a great big empty scar in our hearts now, we will never ever see him and feel his hugs again and most of us never even got the chance to say goodbye.
In this Go Fund Me Page, we are asking you to please donate as much as you can afford so we can give him a burial that he deserves. Paul and his Sherry were living paycheck to paycheck trying to make ends meet especially during this Pandemic. Sherry does not have the money to put Paul's body to rest and pay for any upcoming bills that she will encounter as she transitions to figuring out how to move on with him now.
We greatly appreciate all you can afford to give as we know that we all are going through some tough time as well. But, anything will help!
