Please help with medical bills and travel

This is Austin Cox , Chris and Angie Cox ( Maine) son. He is 17 years old and is currently in critical condition at Peyton Manning Children’s hospital. On Monday, November 27th, Austin fell out of his bed while trying to get up to use the bathroom. When family entered the room ,he was slurring his speech and paralyzed on the left side (Two weeks prior, he was ill with a persistant cough and was evaluated by med express and the ER ,but was sent home both times with a diagnosis of a viral respiratory illness ). He was taken by ambulance to MGH and then air lifted to PMCH for concern of brain mass based on head CT results. An MRI of his brain was performed at PMCH revealing a midline shift of his brain stem, mimicking a stroke. He went to surgery for a biospy of the “ brain mass” which was found to be a viscus infection . Due to some dead tissue ,he underwent a right sided craniotomy and has been intubated and sedated for the past week. He also aspirated which resulted in pneumonia of his right lung causing further complications . Neurologists and infectious disease specialists now believe he has an autoimmune disorder called ADEM “acute disseminated encephalomyelitis” . Austin will have a long hospital stay with inpatient rehabilitation

Medical bills are piling, gas prices are high and currently Angie and Chris have one car. They also have four other children at home. Please continue to pray for this family.
