Hi, my name is Juliana and I am fundraising for both myself and for Luis Gomez. We have never had to do anything like this before.. but on 12/2/2021, he nearly died from sepsis due to an untreated root infection in a wisdom tooth, which then led him to develop a condition called Ludwig’s Angina. He was released from the hospital on 12/14 after undergoing surgery and a rigorous antibiotics course. We have both been out of work since then, and I was forced to quit my job because of having to take some time away to be his full time caregiver. I am asking for any help to cover some of his medical expenses, and to really just help us stay afloat until I can find a new job while he recovers. Anything helps and anything would be much appreciated. He is back at home now and slowly healing. He just had all 4 of his wisdom teeth removed as well, hopefully he stays infection free!
