Our friend is currently going through an incredibly difficult time. She is a full-time working mum and the sole provider for her 4 year old son, Bay.

Recently, she has had to take time off work due to him being unwell, which has already placed a strain on their finances.

Earlier this week, things took another heartbreaking turn when he slipped indoors and fractured his femur. He is now in hospital and facing a painful recovery, meaning she must remain by his side while he receives treatment and support.

As any parent would, she is focused entirely on her child’s wellbeing right now. Unfortunately, this unexpected situation also means she will face further time away from work, creating additional financial pressure during an already challenging period.

We are reaching out in the hope that friends, family, and our wider community might be able to offer support during this difficult time. Any help, no matter how small, would make a real difference in helping them get through the coming weeks while she focuses on caring for Bay.
