Please help with Kevin's (Tiny's) amputation surgery bills.

Hello Everyone,

My name is Kevin Dawson, however, some of you may know me as "Tiny". In August of 2022, I had to undergo a major surgery on my right foot. This surgery was to install hardware to fuse the bones in my foot together. This hardware has since suffered a "catastrophic failure", which allowed bacteria and infection to set in. This brought about one of the worst days of my life. The doctors were talking about amputating my leg. The decision to operate, to go forward with the amputation to remove my right leg, below the knee was a tough one that had to be made in a short period of time. I prayed for guidance from the Lord above, I spoke with my family, and got as much detail from the doctors before going forward with the surgery.

We had just moved back home, to Virginia in early April, from North Carolina after 6 years. I was looking for a job, doing odd jobs prior to this happening. I entered the hospital on May 1st, and I remain here to this day. At this time, my family is suffering a SEVERE financial crisis. My previous medical bills are piling up, as are our monthly bills, i.e. rent, medicine, insurance, power bills, etc. This is putting ALL of the financial strain on my wife. I certainly don't want to become a burden or put this crisis on her shoulders or anyone else's. There seems to be no end in sight to this seemingly, never ending stay in the hospital. This fact, coupled with the medical bills from the previous surgeries over the last 3½ years seem to be making things worse.
