Please help with Jamba's surgery

This is Jamba's dad, Christian Clark. Jamba is my 7 1/2-year-old mix breed bundle of joy that I adopted from a shelter in Conroe when she was approximately six months old. She came into my life at the perfect time, and I really believe she saved me instead of me saving hers. If you follow me on Facebook, you know how special this four-legged girl is to me. (Heck...if she had her own Facebook page she would probably have more followers than I do!)
Long story short, we were at the dog park Saturday morning (August 20) when she was running with some other dogs and having a blast. Suddenly, she let out this loud yelp and started limping. I took her to Vergi 24/7 (Emergency Veterinary Clinic) where she was diagnosed with a “probable complete rupture of the cranial cruciate ligament on the left side” and will require surgery. I was advised to keep her off her leg and only to allow limited walking. The Academy cart (in the cover photo) is a lifesaver as I can "walk" her in that and take her out at her "favorite" places.
I have called around to several places, and the average surgery cost will be between $4000-$5000. Many of these places are not seeing patients until October (Gulf Coast Veterinary Clinic) and even as late as November 8 (Texas A&M Small Animal Clinic).

If you know me, you know I am not one who usually asks for help. I am supposed to be a strong, successful, self-employed man with everything under control. But coming off of two years of Covid where I barely made 50% of my regular salary, I have been trying to recover this past 8 months. August was supposed to be a good month for me. However, I ended up getting rear-ended on my birthday (August 13) and now this unexpected but necessary expense one week later. The worst part is that it is killing me to see Jamba suffering and barely able to walk.
A close friend suggested I try GoFundMe or post my Venmo information. Therefore, I am humbly asking you to help...only if you can. There are other needs out there that are undoubtedly greater than mine, but this girl means the world to me. Thank you in advance.
