Please, help with Hudson's medical expenses

Hi, my name is Misty and I am raising money for my sister Whitney. On July 21, Hudson and his father, Mark, were burned in a fire mishap. Hudson is 4 years old. His face, both arms and both legs were severely burned. He was taken by ambulance to our nearest burn center who determined Hudson would need more care than they could give. They life flight him to Galveston, Texas burn center where we will figure out his next steps to treatment and recovery.

We currently have no idea what is in store for Hudson. He is being very brave and keeps good spirits. I will post updates as we know more about his treatments and recovery.

Being in Galveston puts Whitney 587 miles away from her other 4 children. She has no time saved at work. Currently, we do not know what insurance will cover. According to the American burn Association, people with burns similar to Hudson's can cost an average of $780,000 with an average of 54 days in the hospital.

Mark burned both hands up to his elbows. He owns his own business but will not be able to work for an indefinite amount of time due to his burns and juggling being there for his son and their other 4 children.

Please, keep this family in your thoughts and prayers. Please, pray for strength for this family and the doctors and staff involved. Please, pray for Hudson to have a speedy, painless recovery. Thank you all in advance.
