My name is Becky and it broke my heart Sunday night to tell my son that his father John Sollers died. Although we were no longer married, he still held a special place in my heart, along with his family and his wife Kimmie Sollers. John was well liked by all who knew him and he was so kind hearted that he would help anyone who needed it.

John had stints in his heart that collapsed and he needed open heart surgery to fix it. He was in the hospital in FWB and Sunday they told him that his heart was too weak for surgery. They gave him a prescription and sent him home to rest. At this point his heart was only functioning at 30%. Him and his wife were relaxing on the couch and his heart just stopped. She tried to resuscitate him but his heart was just too weak.

Unfortunately, John did not have any insurance. With Kimmie’s permission, I set up this Go Fund Me account to help with all the expenses. She is planning a celebration of life in the middle of next month (June). PLEASE be generous with your donations. She is left with a mound expenses and John would be heartbroken to see her struggling like this.
