Hello my name is April and we are fund raising to cover some out of pocket cost for my husband, Joey’s heart transplant. He entered the hospital on October 19th and has only been home 3 night since. So as of January 19th he will have been in the hospital for 3 months. It has not been an easy road. He coded one day and thank goodness he had a defibrillator. Due to heart failure it is affecting his kidneys now too. He has been in ICU going on 7 weeks. We are needing help to cover our out of pocket costs and some of his medications.
