Please Help with Greg's Funeral Costs

One word to best describe Gregorio Granados Jr. is community. Greg loved his community and did everything he could to engage and volunteer through church and school-related functions.
Along with his love for family, his heart extended to those in emotional distress or need for reassurance by sharing the simplicity of the gospel and grace of God through Christ. He was a favorite among youth as he would be easy to talk to and could relate with their walk in life through his own past experiences.
Greg gave his best for the public, though this doesn't mean he didn't have his own struggles. Greg battled with depression, but hid it well. He had health issues which he kept to himself, including a failing liver and kidneys. Despite his family's attempts to have him seek medical help and monitoring, he had the traditional stubbornness to avoid doctors. Greg felt his body failing, yet was adamant that he was prepared for the end and was ready to go "home" to his mom.
Greg was a father to one son and two daughters. He loved them dearly and was with them until the end.
He was a step-dad to two as well, so likely learned to communicate with youth through lessons learned from being dad to 5 children.
Unfortunately, Greg had a humble and low-paying part-time job as a crossing guard, and though he loved his job protecting children from traffic as they came and went home from school, he had no set benefits in place.
So now we humbly ask the community to help give Greg the funeral he deserves, in a space where all who shared some time in his life can say goodbye. No contribution is too small and we appreciate your taking time to read his story. Thank you and God bless!
