On 13 August 2026, our community was shaken by a devastating house fire that tragically claimed the life of Erin Key. Erin was a bright, loving, and deeply cherished part of her family’s world, and her sudden passing has left Cristy,Tim & Jack facing heartbreak no family should ever endure.

In the middle of their grief, Cristy,Tim & Jack now carry the heavy responsibility of arranging Erin’s funeral—something no family ever expects to plan so soon, and certainly not under such tragic circumstances. The emotional weight is already overwhelming, and the financial burden only adds to the pain of an already unimaginable situation.

We are coming together to support them in giving Erin the beautiful, dignified farewell she deserves. Erin touched so many lives with her kindness, her spirit, and her presence. This fundraiser is a way for all of us—family, friends, neighbours, and anyone moved by her story—to help honour her memory and stand beside Cristy, Tim & Jack during the hardest days of their lives.
