Please help with cancer treatment payments

Thank you in advance for reading this. My name is Elijah. I'm hoping this reaches the right people as my AMAZING wife, Esther Anyanwu-Nalley, is fighting stage 2B cervical cancer at 35 years of age. She was diagnosed on 02/16/23 and it has been a ROLLER COASTER for her since then. Our insurance is terrible and FMLA is only paying her 50% of her pay. We just found out that she will be undergoing chemotherapy and radiation for 5 to 8 weeks. 1 day a week for 4 to 7 hours for chemotherapy, then 5 days a week for 20 minutes for radiation until her 4 tumors are small and weak enough to operate. Unfortunately, our finances are terrible as is our insurance. I'm trying to get $16K so we can pay for all her treatment co-pays, medications, and necessities while we miss work such as bills, rent, and groceries. Feel free to ask me ANY questions you like. I'm at the end of my rope and don't know what else to do. Please help my wife.
