My Father, Brian Bough came went into the hospital on January 10th, 2023 with severe pancreatitis. They gave him some pain medicine and sent him home. The pain started to increase once at home so he came back to the hospital and was admitted. He has spent 5 weeks in the hospital so far and is in ICU. Although he hasn't been ICU the whole time. I came up to visit him about 3 weeks ago and he was so excited that the nurse said he could finally have some sugar free Lifesavers. He asked me to promise to bring him some the next time I came up to see him. I told him I would but I would do him that I would do him one better that I would make sure he had some brought up there ASAP. I left there soon after that and I messaged my Uncle Jimmy and his wife Regan to please bring him some sugar free Lifesavers to him up at the hospital. I never got the chance to bring him any. The next time I heard about my Dad his health had declined and he had to be moved to step down ICU then later that day or the next day his health had got worse and he was now in ICU. Now it was more than his pancreas that was causing his pain. The pain from his pancreas was because of the 14 cm size cyst on his pancreas. Kidney failure. Respiratory failure. MRSA. Sepsis. A lot went wrong real quick. And it was terrifying for me as his daughter. I know it is really hard on his wife.
