Please help Wendy-Lu's battle with Breast Cancer

Wendy-Lu Frisbee has recently had some heartbreaking news. For those that know her, know she’s loves spending her time teaching, fishing, and spending her days in the sun with her family and working in the garden.

She desperately needs our help right now. Recently, Wendy-Lu was diagnosed with Stage 4 breast cancer. It has metastasized to multiple parts of her body and seems to be very aggressive and growing rapidly.

A financial team at MD Anderson are currently exploring financial assistance options, as Wendy-Lu currently is without medical insurance. But unfortunately, time is of the essence, she needs to start treatment right away. Along, with base items such as food, gas, etc.. For her and Austin (her 16-year-old son) who is a junior at Willis High School.

While she has a ton of physical and emotional support behind her, the funds are limited. We would like to show her the care and support that she has to many of our families, children, and members of our community over the years. Her passion for education and little ones and has made a tremendous impact in so many lives. Due to these trying time in our world, even emergency assistant programs are backlogged and can’t even look at her case for at least 90 days they said. We are aware that it is trying times for everyone, along with Christmas around the corner, but any help would be greatly appreciated it. Thank you in advance for all your help and support!
