Hi! My name is Sara Hildonen, and I’m the writer and director of this project. Together with my producer Elise Dobbe and an incredible team of passionate filmmakers, we’re working hard to bring our next film to life. We have a talented cast and crew who are ready to give this everything they’ve got. But filmmaking is expensive, and we need some help to make it happen.

This fund will go directly toward the essentials:
 locations, set design, props, and meals for the team. We want this film to look as bold and creative as the story deserves, but our ideas aren’t always the cheapest. And in Berlin, making art is unfortunately getting more and more expensive.

 This is our bachelor’s film, and it’s an important step in proving what we can create as emerging filmmakers. With your support, we can give our team the resources they need — and make a film we can all be proud of.

The film follows Leonora, a 28-year-old woman drifting through a liminal, ever-shifting house suspended between dream and memory. Drawn toward the Light—the only male presence—she’s pulled, teased, and provoked, never offered clarity. Then Maria arrives, a figure shaped from shadow, urging Leonora to step into the darkness she dreads. Maria’s intentions blur at every turn, leaving Leonora unsure of what to trust. The story leads to a final contemporary dance where light and shadow meet again.
