Please Help Us With John Wilhelm’s Hospital Bills

- Hi everyone, Jessica Wilhelm (20) and Justin Wilhelm (17) here. After 2 years without a vacation, both of us and our dad, John Wilhelm, finally had a chance to escape up to Michigan on July 18th. Last week while at our cottage, our dad was cutting limbs off of a tree when one branch swung back and knocked him 15 feet to the ground. He broke 6 ribs, 1 on the left side and 5 on the other. After a week of what seemed like recovery, we had to rush him to the hospital again yesterday after he fainted. We discovered he had a collapsed lung and over a liter of blood sitting in his chest cavity. His 60th birthday is on Thursday August 5th, and he may have to spend it in the hospital bed. Being that our dad is uninsured, these stays are weighing heavily on our family and on money that we don’t have. He is a landscaper, and with months of recovery in his future, he won’t even be able to work to pay it off. If anyone can find it in themselves to help us with our situation, it would be so greatly appreciated. Any kindness, hopes, and prayers will get us through this. Thank you.
