Hello, I am Lydia, we opened a clinic for stray animals in Marsa Alam in the south of Egypt about a year ago. We deal with a lot of infectious diseases like Parvo and Distemper, and better lab equipement would really help us identify those diseases earlier on, giving patients a better chance of survival due to earlier treatment!

A CBC lab machine and a decent microscope would really help us to better and earlier diagnose many infectious diseases!

We are the only vet clinic on 500km of coastline, treating many stray cats, dogs and whatever needs veterinary help, be it sheep, birds or camels. As a small team, we try our best to help as many animals as possible, while doing as many spay/neuter surgeries and rabies vaccinations as we can.

In 2025, we treated more than 800 new patients, whereof about 600 were spayed/neutered and vaccinated against rabies and about 25 had bone surgery.
