Hi my name is Josh and i live in Michigan where we have a local roller hockey league which was forced to relocate from a facility where it was ran for over 20 years prior. We have quite a roster of players wanting to continue to play. We have since gotten permission to hold our hockey league in a new location at Optimist Park in Durand,MI. This new location also allows us to have the park accesible to kids and players 24/7 at no cost. But for us to have a safe rink to hold a league and have a goal of zero injuries we need to upgrade the polished concrete flooring to indoor/outdoor hockey tiles. We have come to find that these floors are very pricey and we will need help if we realistically want to continue our hockey league which has over 100 players. We currently are individually trying to donate what we can but with the help of great people we could achieve this goal and continue for another 20+ years of fun and SAFE hockey for the people of this community.
