Please help us to save my father from brain stroke

Please help us to save my father from brain stroke. he is so active and responsible person in big family. What ever doctors telling we are unable to understand. We are waiting for smile on his face.

My father Satyam Goud(35) had a massive stroke while working on his day to job as a Local TV Cable Operator. The stroke caused a blood vessel in his brain to pop. but the brain damage was substantial and caused paralysis to the right side of his body. The brain damage also caused aphasia and has left him with memory loss and he can no longer speak or understand/express speech. 

he’ll wave when you say bye, he’ll sometimes mutters no or yes but he doesn’t know how to say anything else.

My mother, Rani( Daily agriculture labor), has been at the hospital every single day since my dad was admitted. My dad was the sole provider for the household and the only one that drove them anywhere. She’s now his caregiver and she doesn’t know how she’s going to be able to pay for school fee, groceries, transportation. 

Doctors suggested another brain operation that will coast around 15lakhs. Please try to help with big hearts for Small kids. Akshaya (13) , Akshitha (10).
