Help support our Anytime Fitness small business

We are a new Anytime Fitness. My wife and I opened this location in May of 2019. As trials and challenges often come all at once, they did for us. Not only did we open our first business, but we also had our first child. To keep the story really short, in September 2019, at 27 weeks pregnant, my wife gave birth to our daughter. This was a very difficult time for us as both of them almost passed during the birth. Following her birth, our daughter spent spent the first 84 days of her life in the NICU. Between hospital bills, starting a new business, while also being hit really hard from COVID, we are now struggling to keep our business doors open. It is truly humbling to be on this site, but we need help and we are not sure what to do. When COVID first affected us, we tried to do our part to make everything work out. For us, that included selling our house and utilizing all of our savings in order to prepare for the inevitable loss of membership and revenue. My wife is now at home taking care of our baby while I am here six days a week trying to keep our location open.  The fitness industry has been hit really hard during this time, but we do so much for our community and members that we do not want to lose this great place.

We currently employ two staff members. Both are treated like family, and both are also worried about what will happen if we cannot remain open. We applied for EIDL help when it was first available, but as a new business, we were denied assistance because we had only been opened for 10 months when we were shut down due to COVID. Now, we have SBA loans , rent, utilities, and additional expenditures to pay for while struggling to keep our doors open.

I pray constantly about this and what to do. I am thankful for the blessing God has given me and my family to own a business. I am so thankful for my family and our miracle baby. I am thankful for so many things, but right now I really need help. Currently, we have exhausted all available financial options that can help maintain our business. We have used our savings to help with the cost, but these have dwindled. At this moment, we are in need of a miracle. If you are financially able to help us out, we pray that you consider financially assisting us. Any amount is greatly appreciated. We do not want to lose our business, our staff, or our members. 

The money funded via this site will be used to help our business remain open through the next 12 months. We plan to use these funds explicitly to cover the following business costs: payroll, utilities, loan repayments, bills, etc. We are trying to keep this amazing place open for this great community. We love our community. We know all of our members by name. We know their goals. We know about their families. We want to keep this place here for the long haul. Those of you that know us, know  how much we appreciate our community and know how important it is for us to be here to help each of our members achieve their fitness goals.
