Hello everyone,
My name is Emmallie, and I’m reaching out during one of the most difficult moments our little family has faced. My sweet girl Eryn—just 5 years old—is preparing for her first major surgery that has completely shaken our world. As her mother, I’m doing everything I can to stay strong, but truthfully, we are a bit overwhelmed—emotionally, physically, and financially.
Eryn is so special. She’s brilliant, joyful, and incredibly gifted—especially when it comes to reading. She devours books like most kids devour candy, and her imagination is lit up with adventures from Toy Story and dreams of becoming a doctor one day so she can help people the way she’s being helped now.
She has overcome so much in her short little life—things many adults would struggle to carry—but Eryn always shows up with courage and grace. She is unapologetically herself in every way, and her strength inspires me every single day.
Because of this sudden health emergency, Eryn may have to miss her first few weeks of starting at her new school and we will have to take time away from work to care for her, attend appointments, and be fully present for her recovery. As much as it hurts my pride to say this—we just can’t do it alone. The cost of lost income, travel, food, and basic needs is far more than we can handle right now.
If you feel led to give, any amount helps more than I can put into words. If you can’t give, please share and send us prayers and love as we move through this scary and sacred time. Every gesture means the world.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for reading, supporting, and loving us through this. If you know Eryn or crossed paths with her you know that she is a LIGHT, and I believe with all my soul that brighter days are ahead.
With so much love and gratitude,
thank you
