Please help us support Amber

We are here to ask first and foremost for prayers for our kind, beautiful soul Amber Joers. Amber is a strong light in many people’s lives, from being an adventurous dog mom to Katniss, sister, daughter, cousin, best friend {also known as a sister from another mister}, an aunt to Ember, and a talented gentle soul. Our Amber was admitted to the hospital on New Year’s Day in Waupaca, WI where she was diagnosed with Covid. Amber had been fighting pneumonia for around 6 weeks prior to being diagnosed with Covid, after a couple doses of antibiotics to take care of the pneumonia her immune system was already weakened. Amber was sent to a hospital in Appleton where she is currently sedated, intubated, and a breathing tube has been placed. All of her organs were working extremely hard and having issues keeping up. We come here to ask for not only prayers but to unfortunately ask for help to cover expenses that will go to directly to help Amber's recovery There are many unknowns right now on Amber’s length of stay, however it will be a long road to recovery. Amber is a friend to most people that she meets, we all are extremely grateful as Amber will be for any number of prayers, well wishes, and thoughts during this time as her body is taking the time it needs to properly heal. As of today, Amber’s heart is doing better, her pulse and heart rate are back to normal, however her kidneys have had a round of dialysis. She may need it another time to help her. We all know how many thoughts, and prayers are being spoken for Amber, and we truly appreciate it more than you know! When we get more updates, we will keep everyone posted, however it’s been quite the rough way to start out 2022.. With much hope, and positive thoughts things will continue on the right track of healing for our Amber, and hopefully everyone’s new year is going to be an amazingly fun and a much kinder year!
