Orlando is in a coma suffered from a heart attack while visiting Dominican Republic.  He was unconscious /heart stopped for 4 mins which caused him to loose air .  They managed to revive him but his kidneys have been compromised and there’s been some brain damage.  We are needing immediate assistance so that we can transport him ASAP to the next hospital to perform dialysis amongst other things.

Anything will help, please help bring my brother back to health, back to his home to his two children and beloved family
