Hi, my name is Christiana Marlowe. My sister, Sierra and her boyfriend, Brandon, received shocking news that their dog, Merida, had been bitten by a snake on Wednesday, June 29th while playing at a lake. The poison from this bite had caused immediate swelling of Merida’s leg. The couple brought Merida to a veterinarian right away and were given antibiotics for her. Over the course of a few days, the poison has gone and eaten away at Merida’s skin all the way down to the bone. She has been rushed to the hospital and been given the choice to be put down or have her leg amputated.

Merida is Brandon’s dog. She has been with Brandon since his release from serving the marines for five years. Merida is extremely trained and has been Brandon’s ride or die for years now as he raised her from a puppy to now. If you have any ability to help us save her life please help. She deserves the world and more.
