Hi my name is Ashley, and animals are everything to me. Over the past 7 years, I’ve rescued 2 cats and 3 dogs, and they are my family.

Last night, our newest rescue, Elli, escaped and was hit by a car. Whoever hit her didn’t stop… they left her there injured and alone.

She survived, but her leg is severely injured. She can’t put any weight on it, and it’s visibly broken and just hanging. It’s been heartbreaking to see her in so much pain.

We got her fully examined today, and to keep her leg and do the fracture repair, the surgery is estimated to cost $4,400.

We are trying everything we can to get her the care she needs, but we simply can’t afford that on our own right now. Without help, we may be forced to make the devastating decision to put her down. Something we are desperate to avoid.

She is such a sweet, loving dog who didn’t deserve this, and we just want to give her a chance to heal and keep living the life she deserves.
