On November 1st, 2023 our lives changed forever when Bobby, who is almost 67 years old, became a victim of a senseless assault just two houses away from our home in Haleiwa, Hawaii. Bobby was left injured and unconscious on the side of the road by his attackers. By the grace of God, he regained consciousness and somehow made it home.

The road to recovery has proven to be a challenging and costly journey. Bobby has suffered severe injuries to his right eye. He has seen several doctors on Oahu but none of them have the technology needed to repair his eye.

He is now faced with the fact that the only way to get any type of recovery, is to go to an Eye Institute on the mainland. The road to recovery involves extensive medical procedures including surgeries, medications, and ongoing treatments to hopefully restore his vision and overall well-being.

The medical expenses associated with Bobby's recovery are overwhelming. We never anticipated such a tragedy. We are now faced with the challenge of unexpected medical bills. The financial burden adds an additional layer of stress during an already difficult time.
