I run a rescue called April’s Aviary & Animal Rescue. Bear came to us a few days ago. We took Bear to the vets today and the vet stated its either treatment or we put him to sleep. His teeth are so bad from being mistreated that he will have to have a dental operation under anaesthetic, likely every 6 months, at £300 a time. On top of this, he’s not able to eat properly and he’s in a lot of pain so he has to have pain medication every day and another medication to help his stomach. This has already cost us £112 today and we have to go back in 2 weeks for the dental, more medication and his vaccine if he’s well enough.

The vets have said that it is either that or they put him to sleep. I refuse to give up on him. Please please please help me keep him alive and well. If you can donate even just £1, it will help massively. We have many other animals that need care too and the funding is near impossible. Needless to say he won’t be up for adoption and we will keep him until we physically can’t.
