Please help us re-file our Visa and get married.

I am sorry for having to ask for help.

I'm asking, begging, anyone that reads this to help Abijah and I get married and be together.

My name is Talon Morrill, my fiance is Abijah Molina. We have loved each other for 4 years, we started dating in August of 2019, I went to meet her the first time over the month of December of 2019. I got back on the 1st of January, 2020, with very little time to get used to being home before COVID-19 hit and changed the way we lived for a time. I lost my job at the start of it, as many did, but we did at least start the process of filing for a K1 Fiance Visa. Money was tight, I definitely didn't want to start filing while out of work, How could I prove I can support this wonderful woman in my life? Rapid Visa was paid over $1,000 to help us file and make sure everything was in order. I got a new job, and after about a year we did finally file. Unfortunately, USCIS wanted us to prove that Abijah and I had last seen each other between the dates of January, 6th, 2020. and January 6th 2022. We hadn't. Even though I tried and had gotten my plane tickets refunded multiple times, the bans didn't lift. I didn't count as a spouse to go over during this time. The travel bans lifted on Febuary 10th, 2022. I was able to get my work to let me go over that March. It wasn't in the time limits though. COVID was a nightmare, for everyone. I lost my job, not being able to travel, And I asked Rapid Visa what they recommended.

Rapid Visa said a Letter explaining it would be recommended and assured me that a RFE (Request for Evidence) was not a denial. So we went forward. With faith that it would work out. I got a RFE, I responded speaking on my struggles of COVID, showing the plane tickets that wound up getting refunded due to COVID travel restrictions. explaining the difficulties of travel at the time and sending a complete COVID timeline courtesy of the CDC, Showing that I did go back in March, and explaining that was as soon as I was able.

This wasn't enough. We were denied on the grounds that COVID-19 wasn't enough, and that I "didn't show adequate evidence" that we attempted to find a safe place we could both meet. We are gutted about it. Horrified that a global pandemic didn't qualify as an extreme hardship to overcome and causing problems with our future. They even acknowledged that we had seen each other 5 days prior, and recognized we were together again in March, but it was outside the dates and denied.

Rapid Visa has also gone back on their "Money back Guarantee" For receiving a denial.

Even Filing for an Appeal of the current decision is $675 that I simply cannot afford and I have maybe 3 days as of typing to submit that.

Plane tickets to PH (round trip) I have managed to find on average to be $1400.00 ish.

We have a lot of the more expensive wedding things ready, such as dresses. We aren't looking for anything fancy. We don't care if its a dream wedding or not. Its not about the ceremony its about us being together and recognized. I'm asking for effectively the plane ticket and the money to refile again. Anything extra would help.
