In Loving Memory of Wesley: A Final Goodbye
With deep sorrow and an overwhelming sense of loss, I am reaching out to our friends, family, and community during one of the most difficult times of our life. My brother, Wesley, was taken from us suddenly and unexpectedly Friday evening. His death has left an irreplaceable hole in our hearts, and we are struggling to come to terms with this unimaginable loss.
Wesley was more than a brother. He was a son, the most loving brother, an amazing friend, the best uncle — a person who brought light into the lives of everyone around him. His unforgettable laugh, his kindness, his humor, his generosity, his empathy — all of the beautiful things that made him so special. Wesley had the biggest heart of anyone we’ve ever known. He would give you his last dollar if he knew it helped somebody more than himself. He lived to make others happy and never hesitated to lend a hand to anyone in need. That was Wesley — always putting others first, always giving more than he ever took.
Wesley always said that if he had one wish, it would be simple: “I just want to own a bunch of land so I can hunt and fish all day every day.” And while his time here with us was cut unbelievably too short, we find comfort in knowing that in heaven, Wesley’s wish has come true. He’s finally surrounded by all the land he ever dreamed of, doing his favorite things... living out his dream.
Wesley was the biggest Mama’s boy, through and through. And now, as our hearts ache, we find a little peace knowing that he’s reunited in heaven with Mama and Grandma. We can imagine his huge smile, walking alongside them, in the place he’s always belonged, because genuinely his soul was way too beautiful for this earth.
We didn’t have time to prepare, to say goodbye, or to make plans for something as heart-wrenching as this. The financial burden of his unexpected passing has added an even heavier weight to our grief.
In light of this, we are humbly asking for any support to help us cover the funeral expenses and final arrangements. No donation is too small, and every contribution means the world to us as we work through this devastating time. Wesley's memory will live on in the hearts of those who loved him, and your kindness will help us lay our beautiful brother to rest.
Thank you for being there for our family, for offering your prayers, love, and support. We are forever eternally grateful.
