Our names are Kelsey & Kylie and we are reaching out with humble hearts to ask for your support for our beloved grandmother, Nonie, a woman who has always been a beacon of love and care in our lives. She has touched so many with her kindness, always ready to lend a helping hand, feed anyone in need, and offer a comforting presence. To us, she is truly a saint, whose love has always been unconditional and unwavering.

Now, as she faces the challenges of dementia, we find ourselves needing a community’s support to provide her with the care she deserves. While it is difficult for us to ask for help, we know that even the smallest contribution can make a world of difference in ensuring she remains comfortable and surrounded by love during this painful transition and season of her life.

Now, Nonie Needs Us.

 

 

Nonie is in the late stages of dementia and urgently needs to be placed in a reputable assisted living facility that offers memory care. Sadly, due to years of financial abuse by someone she trusted, she no longer has any savings — and time is running out.

 

As we have stepped in to manage her care and review her finances, we discovered the painful truth: she has nothing left. It’s heartbreaking. So we are at a point where a gofundme now a necessity.

• Placement fees and deposits for a licensed memory care facility

• Monthly care costs to ensure she is safe, fed, and nurtured

• Medical evaluations and transportation to the facility

Nonie gave everything to others. Her love was loudest in the way she showed up — cooking, listening, and giving for over 90 years. Now, in her most vulnerable season, we are asking for help.
