Me and my gf are both trans and queer, I'm disabled and she is the main income source of the family. A few weeks ago she needed emergency gallbladder removal surgery and missed two weeks of work. There is no paid medical leave even tho it was covered by fmla they're not paying her. She also didn't qualify for the income continuation insurance bc she missed two weeks and not a month or more. We are asking for help so we can pay our rent, bills, get food for ourselves and our cats, and have money to survive. We are asking for what one of her checks would be, $1400
