I wouldn’t be doing this unless it was an absolute emergency. A little over a month ago, my car transmission went out. I tried loaning money to get it fixed but that avenue did not turn out. I no longer have a car. I do not have any savings. I am a single mother on one income of 3 young children, aged 8, 6, & 3. My 6 year old also has autism. My kids go to daycare and are on a hardship to go to the school that the daycare vans go to. They are on CCAP to even receive this daycare. We were on a waiting list for 2 years Just to get them in there. My rent is overdue and I lost my job which I was making $11 an hour a lot because of not being able to get to work. I cannot get a car financed like this. I don’t care what the vehicle looks like I’m not like that, I just need it to run. and I would even be willing to pay people back. I am so scared. I got hired at a new job. But how can I get there with no car? How can I pay my rent without a job? How can I get my kids to school and daycare without them missing a number of days? Them missing daycare gets them kicked off of CCAP which puts me back not being able to work and them not being able to get to school puts me on a truancy list and before a court system to explain why my kids aren’t there. I am on the borderline of losing everything and I have nowhere to even go, all because I cannot afford to get a running vehicle. I barely make ends meet as it is. Any help or advice is beyond appreciated thank you all in advance just for even staying this long to read through this. If you cannot donate please keep us in your thoughts and prayers.
